Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an inclusive, accessible web experience for everyone.
360 Support Coordination is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disability. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across all pages and are continually working to improve the experience for all users.
Our Accessibility Features
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements — links, buttons, forms, and menus — can be reached and operated using only a keyboard.
- Skip to main content: A skip link appears at the top of every page so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
- Screen reader support: ARIA labels and roles are applied to icons, form fields, error messages, and navigation landmarks to provide meaningful context to assistive technologies.
- Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Resizable text: The site reflows correctly when browser text size is increased up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Font size controls: The Accessibility Widget (bottom-left of every page) lets you increase or decrease text size from 80% to 150%.
- High contrast mode: The Accessibility Widget provides a high-contrast colour scheme for users with low vision.
- Reduced motion: Animations and transitions are suppressed for users who have enabled the “reduce motion” preference in their operating system.
- Form error identification: Validation errors are announced to screen readers via
aria-liveregions and clearly associated with the relevant field througharia-describedby. - Meaningful link text: Links describe their destination or purpose without relying on surrounding context.
- Structured headings: Pages use a logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) to aid navigation by screen reader users.
- Images: Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies; informative images include descriptive alt text.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, some third-party embedded content (such as booking widgets, external forms, and the AI chatbot) is provided by external vendors and may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We advocate with these vendors for improvement and provide alternative contact methods where possible.
Standards and Conformance
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as required by the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and consistent with the Australian Government’s digital accessibility requirements.
