It’s a varied and deeply fulfilling role, and we’re passionate about the impact our work has on people’s lives.
About You
- Qualifications: You hold a qualification in education, psychology, allied health, disability, social work, or healthcare. We also value significant lived or professional experience in the sector.
- Experience: Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in the disability sector.
- Compliance: You either have or are willing to obtain a current police check, working with children check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Transportation: You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Business Setup: You either have or are willing to obtain an ABN and the necessary professional insurances.
- Personal Attributes: You are self-motivated, strive for excellence, and are genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for your customers.
Highly Desirable
- Relevant Experience: Experience in Local Area Coordination, complex case management, support coordination, or planning with the National Disability Insurance Agency is highly valued.
- Education: Minimum Cert IV in Disablity, Health Services, Social Work or Equivalant experience and Passion for Empowering and Supporting others.
